The reason we have chosen this journey was quite a simple decision. There has always been a burning desire to help others and contribute to society, a fascination with the positive effects of food on the body, and the realisation that there’s so much more that can be done to improve understanding, perceptions and habits. The path kind of carved itself….eventually.
Our aim is to make healthy eating; fun, delicious and nutritious through recipes, food art, nutrition facts and more. If we can make a difference to people’s lives, then we have achieved what we set out to do!
We’re so passionate about raising awareness of the positive effects that healthy eating can have on each and everyone of us. This is the very reason why we decided to set up the Facebook page, other social media platforms, the blog and now a RECIPE BOOK!
The next step in the process is that we will be launching an app which we are very proud of and are confident that it will make a considerable difference to people’s eating habits, health and ultimately happiness. And that’s what it’s all about!
